• He discovered Martial arts in 1977 and is a 6th degree black belt in Karate and a National referee.
• Since 1995 he has dedicated his life in spreading / promoting Tai Chi Chuan in India.

• He is a long-term yoga teacher and practitioner based in Rishikesh, India.
• He offers teacher trainings and programs and is known for his creative and inspired yoga practice routines that incorporate pranayama and asana.
